How we decide what to work on

Most projects fail not because the work was bad, but because the wrong work got priority. We use a short filter at the start of every engagement to make that less likely.

The filter has three questions: what does the business need next, what can we ship in eight weeks, and what will still matter a year from now. If a workstream can't answer all three, we leave it out of scope.
